Subscription Rules

• Full contents are not posted on Patreon directly.
• Not all the stuffs on Pixiv was available; Please read the preview catalog for available characters.
• Only works on legacy KK with full DLC + Madevil plugins pack. Not working on Sunshine, Steam version.
• Does not guarantee the export of the characters to other software.
• There won’t be any way to buy UR characters directly – no matter how much you pay.
• All non-eligible UR subscriptions will be refunded. As said above, cards are not on Patreon. You can’t get the UR cards even if you subscribed. You need to join next month after the refund.

Please follow the rules that on your entry point.
e.g. You joined on Apr 2023, then please follow Mar 2023 rules.

SSR($10) plan subscription:

• At least character + 1 outfits / month.
• Get monthly new release SSR character(s) + 1 old SSR character as a gift of your choice.
• For every four months of SSR subscription; get one self-selected UR card as bonus.
• After 4 months of continuous SSR subscription, you will be eligible to upgrade to UR plan.
• Free updates while keeping the subscription.
• When unsubscribed more than 1 month, you need go though the process again.
• Downgrade from UR do not need to go though the SSR process, but need go though UR process when upgrade again.

UR($20) plan subscription:

Please note that you must subscribe to SSR for 4 months continuously in order to be eligible to join the UR plan.

• Included all SSR plan benefits. （except the “get 1 UR for every 4 months of SSR subscription” reward）
  At least 1 Character + 2 outfits.
• Get monthly new release UR card + 1 old UR card as a gift of your choice.
• You can suggest character you want to the monthly poll, but I need to do the testing to estimate if the character can be made in Koikatsu, and the character needs to win the monthly poll.
• Free updates while keeping the subscription.
• When unsubscribed or downgrade for more than 1 month, you need go though the process again.

* Redeem quota gained from the SSR plan subscription will be cleared after the upgrade to UR, you should use up the redeem quota before the upgrade.

About subscription, refund policy

• All the clothes within the same album on the preview page are treated as one card.
• No spliting, please don’t choose character A’s clothes 1 + character B’s clothes 2 and say this as one.
• If you cancel the subscription after more than a month, you will be treated as a new subscriber. If there are any new rules, you will need to follow them. However, message me, can be discretion.
• You can request a refund within 3 months without downloading the contents. I will not ask for a reason.
• Video preview not come with any lighting effects. You can check the preview first before downloading. There ain’t no such thing as preview scamming.
• Please don’t raise any talor made request. If you are dissatisfied with the character, please do not download the character and ask for a refund.
• Download account will be closed after 180days of no activities, If you are still subscribing, you need ask me to reactive the download account.
• There is no limitation to the number of downloads. It’s convenient for your card editing. But download activities, username, and IP will be recorded. Please don’t share your account.
• Please make sure you downloaded the character before quitting the subscription. I will not redistribute characters after you quit the subscription.

About leaking, ban

• I don’t want to see my cards spread around. I’ve still see some “creators” who put their own names on my old cards and said they made the cards themselves, and that’s the main reason.
• Character cards came with marking, which will be used to identify card leakers who leak to public.
• You can use the card to publish your pictures or videos. If you are selling video, please tag me properly.
• When publishing Koikatsu scene data, please don’t include the character in the scene data file, or it will be treated as a leak. It was because character can be exported from scene data. (just a ctrl+e)
• All card leaking activity will result in a ban immediately and the loss of any accumulated benefits. No refund will be given. Will notice to other creators too.
  Not recommend sharing or group buying. Any leaking will result in a ban and the author’s blacklist, no exception.

About character updates

• Updates will be delivered to those who hold the old version. If you didn’t have the  old version character, then you won’t get the updated character.
• Updates will not be delivered for the absent subscription period. For example, you quitted from Jan to Mar subscription and come back in April. You will not get the updates which were delivered from Jan to Mar. You need to unlock the character to get the updates.

Privacy notices

• Your email that provided to Patreon will be used to create a download account on the server. just convenience for you to reset password.
• Normally, your information will not be delivered to 3rd party, UNLESS you are identified as a card leaker or cheater. Your Patreon account name, ID, email will be added to an creator’s shared blacklist database.

Some advised when you asking for help (not mandatory but better have a look, better live for both of us)

• Below are not mandatory, I will guide you as much as I can to solve the issues. take it easy.
• Please don’t just send a message sentence by sentence, it causes a lot of emails notification.
• Instead, please type the entire paragraph in notepad then paste it to patreon and send.
• For card requests, instead of asking “Can I have character this month?” Please just simply ask “I want XXX(character name) this month.” It’s saved 1 day reply time.
• For missing mods, characters will not display properly. Please ask with some statements that helps to reproduce the problem or give clues (screenshots and logs).
• Example: Don’t just say “my character is not displayed properly.” Instead, please give screenshots and the error log (which is in KoikatsuBepinexlogmessage.log). I can’t investigate the problem with just the word “not working properly.” You can upload the screenshots and the log to wetransfer.com. It also saved 1 reply time, the problem can be solved much quickly.

• Recap, not mandatory, but better communication is good for our life.

• SSRプランを4か月間購読すると、自分で選んだURカードを1枚手に入れることができます。
• SSRプランを4か月連続で購読した後、URプランへのアップグレードが可能になります。
• 購読中は無料でアップデートを受けることができます。
• 1か月以上購読を解除した場合、再度手続きが必要です。
• URからのダウングレードはSSRの手続きを経る必要はありませんが、再度アップグレードする際にはURの手続きが必要です。

UR（$20）プラン

URプランに参加するためには、SSRを4か月連続で購読する必要があります。

• SSRプランのすべての特典が含まれます。(「SSRプランの4か月ごとに1つのURを手に入れる」報酬を除いて)
  少なくとも1つのキャラ+2つの衣装。
• 毎月新しいURカード+ 1つの旧URカードを選べる特典として受け取る。
• 月次の投票で希望するキャラを提案することができますが、そのキャラがコイカツで作成可能かどうかをテストする必要があり、またそのキャラが月次の投票で勝利する必要があります。
• 購読中は無料でアップデートを受けることができます。
• 1か月以上購読を解除またはダウングレードした場合、再度手続きが必要です。

SSRプランの購読によって獲得した引き換えクオータはURにアップグレードするとクリアされますので、アップグレード前に引き換えクオータを使い切る必要があります。

キャラの暗号、流出、BANについて

• キャラには暗号が付属しており、キャラの流出者を特定するために使用されます。キャラは写真や動画の公開に使用することができます。
• コイカツのシーンデータを公開する場合、シーンデータファイルにキャラを含めないようにお願いします。
• すべてのキャラの流出行為は、即時BANとなり、蓄積された特典も失われます。払い戻しは一切行いません。
• 共有やグループ購入は推奨しません。全ての流出行為は例外なくBANされ、作者たちのブラックリストに登録されます。
• 難しいことではなく、時間とサーバースペースを費やすだけです。
• キャラカード流れての行為が発見された場合、サブスクリプションは終了されます。 クリエイター連合内の他のクリエイターからの通知を含めます。 クリエイター連合は、一人が漏洩した限り、連合のメンバー全員が一緒に終了サブスクリプションを開始します。

購読について、返金政策

• キャラはすべての服に付いています。 プレビューサイトと同じ。 分割できません。 例: キャラ A の服 1 + キャラ B の服 2 はなく、これを 1 つとして言います。
• 通常、新しいルールが適用されるのは、ルールが公開された日以降の新規購読者に限られます。
• 1ヶ月以上退会した場合は、新規加入として扱われます。新しいルールがある場合は、それに従ってください。
• 3ヶ月以内であれば、コンテンツをダウンロードしなくても返金を申し込むことができます。理由を聞くことはありません。
• 十分な画像プレビューと、エフェクトなしの動画プレビューを提供しました。ダウンロードする前にまずプレビューを確認することができます。プレビュー詐欺はありません。
• あなたの好みのスタイルでキャラを作ることはありません。もし、このキャラに不満がある場合は、ダウンロードせずに返金してください。
• 不満がある場合は、ダウンロードせず、遠慮なく払い戻しを求めてください。
• ダウンロードアカウントは180日以上ご利用がない場合、閉鎖させていただきますので、まだご購読いただいている場合は、ダウンロードアカウントの再開をご依頼ください。
• ダウンロード数に制限はありません。キャラ編集に便利です。しかし、ダウンロードの活動、ユーザー名とIPは記録されます。アカウントを共有しないでください。
• キャラは必ずダウンロードしてから退会してください。退会後にキャラを再配布することはありません。

キャラアップデートについて

• キャラアップデートは、旧バージョンをお持ちの方にも提供されます。キャラを取得していない場合は、更新されたキャラは取得できません。
• 休会期間中のアップデートは配信されません。例えば、1月から3月まで休会、4月に戻ってきたとします。この場合、1月から3月までの間に配信されたアップデートを受け取ることはできません。アップデートを受け取るには、キャラをアンロックする必要があります。

個人情報の取り扱いについて

• 電子メールはサーバーにダウンロードアカウントを作成するために使用されます。
• 通常、個人情報が第三者に渡ることはありませんが、カードリ流出者や不正行為者であることが判明した場合は別です。Patreonのアカウント名、ID、電子メールなどを含み、作者たちの共有ブラックリストデータベースに追加されます。

推奨される効率的な通信方法

• 送信するときにメッセージだけを送るのはやめてください、たくさんのメールが届きます。
  すべてのメッセージを一度に送信してください。
• カードのリクエストは、「今月はキャラをお願いできますか？」 と聞くのではなく、 簡単に 「今月は○○○（キャラ名前)が欲しい」と聞いてください。1回分の返信時間が短縮されました。
• MODがない場合、キャラが正しく表示されません。「再現性のある方法」で聞くか、ヒントを出してください。
  例 単に 「キャラが正しく表示されない 」とは言わないでください。その代わり、スクリーンショットとエラーログ（Koikatsu\Bepinex\logmessage.logにあります）を提示してください。「正常に動作しない 」という言葉だけでは、問題を調査することができません。スクリーンショットとログをwetransfer.comにアップロードすればいいのです。また、1回の返信時間が短縮され、問題をより早く解決することができます。

なぜ、そのようなルール設定になったのでしょうか？

• 即座に払い戻し政策。双方の時間を節約し、不要な議論を避けることができます。
  カードアンロック政策。古いキャラを一枚ずつ買ってくださいとは言いませんが、古い加入者を公平に扱う必要があるので、一度にすべてのキャラを渡すわけにはいきません。
• キャラ流出は金銭的な損失だけではありません。5chのゴミたちや英語のコミュニティを閲覧してみるといい。彼らはキャラを流出させ、そして噂を立て、中傷し、作者たちをいじめ続けているのです。英語コミュニティでは、キャラを広告収入に利用し、スポンサーを乞食することさえあるのです。流出は、いじめを助長し、作者たちを悲しませるものです。あ明らかな利益がない。

1ヶ月以上退会した場合は、新規加入として扱われます。新しいルールがある場合は、それに従ってください。

URにアップグレードすると、SSRプランの契約時に獲得した引き換え枠がクリアされますので、アップグレード前に引き換え枠を使い切っておく必要があります。
年会費プランは割引のみとなり、全キャラの先行はありません。

• 退訂超過一個月需從頭跑流程，這是數學上做成的公平性問題
• 新規則出台時不會影響舊訂戶，卡因加衣服升級也不影響。簡單來說就是一切規則，卡分級都按你加入的時點算，不會出現你訂時明明卡是SSR，但後來變了UR不能拿的情況。總之你加入時卡是SSR，即使加了十件衣服，名稱轉成UR，對你來說那都是可用SSR舊卡名額拿到。
• 不能用每月新卡名額去拿舊卡，這也是數學理由
  以相冊為單位，例如一個角色相冊有三件衣服就是全部給，有些角色如埃姆登，相冊有齊黑白兩個就是同時給兩個，不會分拆。也請勿選角色1衣服a和角色b衣服2，之後說這算作一張之類，不受理。
• 退款期兩個月，沒下載就可以退，下載會有紀錄，但不限下載次數，你改卡失敗想還原，再下載就可以。

如有角色/插件/mod問題要問（不強制但為解答效率最好看一下）

• 請給完整kk全畫面截圖（連遊戲內各menu，不要只截角色）和log （在bepinex\LogOutput.log) 傳去mega 或wetransfer.com 再給我連結。
